What is your role

To manage day-to-day air import export operations including documentation, coordination, and customer communication. Supports smooth cargo clearance and delivery while ensuring compliance with procedures and timelines.

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day air import export operations and support the operations team.
  • Process and verify documents such as MAWB, HAWB, invoice, packing list, and
  • arrival notice Coordinate with customs brokers, transporters, airlines, and warehouses for timely clearance and delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to provide shipment status updates and resolve basic
  • queries.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution of shipments
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
