Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive – Export & Logistics, based in Nellore. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, managing client accounts, and building lasting relationships. The role involves developing strategies to expand the company's market reach, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The position also includes coordinating with logistics and export teams to ensure smooth operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (exporters, traders, manufacturers).
- Generate new B2B leads through calls, visits, or online platforms.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight, and documentation partners.
- Negotiate and close export/logistics service deals.
- Maintain daily client communication and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics/export/trading sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven and willing to work on performance/commission model.
Compensation:
- Commission per deal (5–10%) + performance-based bonuses.
