Company Overview:

We are one of Indias largest manufacturers and retailers of art and craft supplies, offering over 10,000 products through retail stores and our online platform. To support our expanding global presence, we are hiring an Export Marketing Executive to manage and grow our international business from our head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with international clients, distributors, and agents to manage export inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Assist in lead generation using platforms like LinkedIn, B2B portals, email marketing, and cold outreach.
  • Manage CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho) to track communication, leads, and conversions.
  • Support documentation, including Proforma Invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export compliance paperwork.
  • Conduct country-specific market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare presentations, sales proposals, and marketing material for international clients.
  • Liaise with logistics, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in export marketing or international business coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
