Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation specialist located in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for preparing and verifying all export documentation, communicating with clients and authorities, managing import and export processes, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves maintaining records, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Export Documentation and Import Export processes will be a plus
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills is expected
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance will be a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is important
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of Tally and Accounting Procedures will be a plus
