Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Assistant based in Bengaluru. The Documentation Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation, handling export documentation processes, maintaining archives, and ensuring efficient document management. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Documentation and Export Documentation
- Proficient in Document Management and maintaining Archives
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the immigration field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team
