Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Manager at SILASERS. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets and managing sales operations within their assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams. The role also involves market analysis, tracking sales performance, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the laser manufacturing industry is a big plus. Should have prior experience in welding, cutting and capital goods sale
  • Bachelor in mechanical, electrical, production, automobile,NON technical need not apply
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Strong market analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
