Our platform removes human operators from the equation, transforming off-the-shelf drones into intelligent agents that work with existing infrastructure.The RoleAsia-Pacific is one of the most diverse and opportunity-rich markets—fast-growing ASEAN economies and industrially mature Australia/New Zealand. As Enterprise Sales Head – APAC (ASEAN + ANZ), you'll lead FlytBase's expansion in this complex region, closing enterprise SaaS contracts with mining majors, oil & gas companies, utilities, and government agencies.This isn't about India-only experience. You'll run both inbound and outbound SaaS sales across Southeast Asia and ANZ, orchestrating 7–8 figure ARR contracts with some of the region's largest enterprises. You'll build a regional partner ecosystem and navigate compliance-heavy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across borders.What You'll OwnDrive inbound + outbound SaaS enterprise sales across ASEAN & ANZ (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand).Represent FlytBase at regional exhibitions and trade shows (Singapore Airshow, Sydney, Jakarta)—turning prospects into enterprise deals.Run outbound account-based campaigns into mining, oil & gas, utilities, and government agencies.Close 7–8 figure ARR SaaS contracts with multi-stakeholder teams (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Procurement, Compliance, Operations).Build and scale FlytBase's partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia and ANZ—system integrators, resellers, consulting firms.Manage 6–12+ month SaaS enterprise sales cycles, including security reviews, integration pilots, and complex procurement processes.Act as the voice of APAC customers, influencing FlytBase's roadmap with region-specific insights (industrial use cases, compliance standards).Evangelize autonomous operations SaaS in industries where automation is rapidly reshaping the future.Best Suited For7+ years in enterprise SaaS B2B sales.Must-have: Valid business visa/work permit for ASEAN/ANZ.Must-have: Proven record of closing SaaS enterprise sales in ASEAN & ANZ (7–8 figure ARR, inbound + outbound).Experience in industrial verticals: mining, oil & gas, utilities, government.Skilled at multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations across technical, legal, and compliance functions.Experienced in channel + direct SaaS sales, scaling regional partnerships.Strong technical/security/product sales depth: SaaS integrations, enterprise security compliance, solution-led PoCs.AI-native mindset: you leverage AI for outbound research, ROI storytelling, and pipeline forecasting.Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics, or related).What Makes You a FlyterOwnership without oversight: We won't micromanage your pipeline.
