Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Sales Manager located in Pune. The City Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and developing sales strategies. The role involves identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also focus on market research, building relationships with corporate clients, and overseeing daily sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in team management and sales strategy development
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Prior experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
