Job Summary:

Sharas Venture LLP is seeking a dynamic
HR Executive
with experience in manufacturing and sales team management. The ideal candidate will oversee HR functions, streamline operations, and ensure efficiency across manufacturing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Management:

  • Recruitment & onboarding of employees across manufacturing and sales divisions.
  • Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct training and development programs for staff.
  • Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

3. Sales & Team Coordination:

  • Support the sales team by ensuring seamless coordination between production and distribution.
  • Track sales team performance and provide necessary operational support.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and sales performance.
  • Foster collaboration between manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Generate reports on HR metrics, operational efficiency, and team performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for operational and HR improvements.
  • Work closely with management to align HR & operations with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2 years
    in
    manufacturing and sales team handling
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
