As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to strengthen our people and culture function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth induction programs.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HRIS entries, and attendance data.
- Assist in payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime).
- Handle documentation: appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support in planning employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies across the organization and franchise schools.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions for internal staff and franchise partners.
- Track training attendance, feedback, and development plans.
5. Compliance & HR Support
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Address day-to-day employee queries and grievances under guidance.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, management, and franchise schools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (internship/fresher with strong HR knowledge can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR basics: recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
- Energetic, people-friendly, and eager to learn.
