Assistant Front Office Manager

- Supervise and support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered by all front office staff.
- Act as a point of contact for VIP and special guests.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising front desk team, bell staff, and concierge.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to the Unit Head.
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of front office operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security.
- Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and front office performance as required.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations departments to meet guest needs.
- Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with managing the front office budget, including labor costs and departmental expenses.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and front desk accounting practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹48,500.00 per month
