Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales & Collections (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Pune (2 positions), Bangalore (1 position), Chennai (1 position)

Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Job Overview

This role involves managing sales and collections for electric vehicle (EV) financing in the assigned region. The position requires handling dealer partnerships, loan sourcing, customer onboarding, and portfolio collections. Candidates must have strong experience in retail lending and on-ground sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Source customers for EV loans through direct sales and dealer relationships.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local dealers and channel partners.
  • Plan and execute monthly sales targets.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities within the territory.

Collections & Portfolio Management

  • Handle soft and hard collections for retail loan customers.
  • Coordinate with collection agencies to ensure timely recoveries.
  • Resolve overdue accounts and maintain portfolio health.
  • Ensure documentation and collection processes are followed accurately.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate loan documentation and data entry.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, collections, and overall performance.
  • Address customer concerns and support end-to-end loan processing.
  • Travel frequently within the assigned area for market activities.

Required Experience & Skills

Must Have:

  • 4–5 years of experience in retail lending – sales and collections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with NBFC loan sales/collections.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in vehicle finance (EV, CV, used CV, or two-wheelers).
  • Strong communication skills in the local language (Marathi/Kannada/Tamil).
  • Hands-on field experience and team coordination abilities.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using mobile apps and computers for reporting.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel within the region.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, field visits, and operational challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground sales environment.
