Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Assistant Manager – Sales
with proven experience in selling
Holiday Packages (International & Domestic)
. The ideal candidate should have in-depth destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in B2C or B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell customized
    holiday packages
    for destinations including
    South-East Asia, Australia–New Zealand (ANZ), Europe, Kenya, China, and Japan.
  • Handle
    end-to-end sales cycle
    — from lead generation and itinerary planning to client servicing and closure.
  • Understand client requirements and design suitable
    domestic and international travel packages.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly
    sales targets
    and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth tour execution.
  • Stay updated on destination knowledge, pricing trends, and seasonal promotions.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience
    in selling
    holiday packages
    (International & Domestic).
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be from a
    Travel & Tourism background.
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
