Assistant Sales ManagerOverview: The Assistant Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. They assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting sales goals and objectives
  • Support sales representatives in achieving targets through training and guidance
  • Manage and maintain a database of potential and existing clients
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide reports to the Sales Manager
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales representatives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure organizational success
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget
  • Contribute to the development of sales incentive programs
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or relevant field
