Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, maintaining organized sales records, and helping execute sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with customers, preparing sales reports, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Customer Service expertise, including the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Sales proficiency and proven ability to assist in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent Organization Skills to manage records, arrange schedules, and support workflows
  • Motivation to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in a sales or assistant role is an advantage
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools, including MS Office Suite or similar platforms, is beneficial
