Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the hiring manager to understand the specific requirements for the ApnaMart store manager rolecovering competencies, experience, culture fit, and expectations
  • Conduct market research on industry benchmarks (compensation, skills demand) to advise on competitive positioning
  • Draft a clear, engaging job description outlining responsibilities, required competencies, and organizational values
  • Promote ApnaMart's employer brand, showcasing culture, growth prospects, and why the position is attractive
  • Post the vacancy across job boards, social media, and the company website; also explore employee referrals and networking
  • Actively source passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and industry networks
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, culture alignment)

  • Set up and conduct initial screenings—via phone or video—to filter qualified applicants

  • Facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination

  • Use structured assessments or behavior-based questions to gauge candidate suitability for store management

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, offering timely updates and clarity throughout the hiring process
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and manage offer negotiations, including pay, start dates, and benefit
  • Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding to welcome candidates smoothly into the organization
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and application sources
