We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (AID) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the bathware industry, with proven experience in handling architects, interior designers, and project-based clients. The role requires excellent market knowledge, a solid customer database, and outstanding communication skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive networking and relationship building.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strategize effective sales plans.
- Achieve business targets and drive revenue growth for bathware products in the assigned region.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings to establish brand presence and strengthen business partnerships.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with clients for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the bathware industry.
- Strong connect and network with architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
- Excellent knowledge of bathware products, market trends, and competition.
- Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
