Primary Responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to join our Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business in India. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers in the renewable energy sector.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • A passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.

Job Description:

Sales Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities, both commercial and Industrial, within the solar market.
  • Generation of quality leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends and develop tailored sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering expert advice on solar solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring quick resolution.

Product Knowledge & Presentations:

  • Stay up to date with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate solar products and services based on their needs and budget.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Present and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and terms to prospective clients.
  • Close sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports for management and track progress toward targets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
