**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads for rooftop solar installations.
- Meet potential customers (residential and commercial) and pitch solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits, explain benefits, and coordinate with the technical team.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase project acquisition.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and timely reporting to the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in sales/marketing (preferably in the solar industry).
- Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems and government schemes (e.g., PM Suryaghar Yojana).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
