The Sales Executive & Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers, including Real Estate Developers, Architects, Interior designers, Hotels and resorts, Residential communities and homes, Warehouses and industrial buildings. The individual will be responsible for promoting SunShot Solar's products and services and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers to promote Sun Shot Solar's products and services.
- Schedule meetings with decision makers and build relationships with potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers.
- Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity in the company's CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential customers.
- Continuously learn about new products and services offered by Sun Shot Solar to stay informed and knowledgeable about the company's offerings.

**Requirements**:

- A personal vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and outside of the box.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.

Compensation:

- Fixed salary
- Performance bonus
