**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company services/products clearly to customers.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and issues effectively.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team leader for process improvement.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi/regional language).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Freshers can apply; experience in BPO/Telecalling preferred.
