Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and committed Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our head office team.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on client leads and inquiries
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally over phone
  • Coordinate with the fitness studio team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate client records (both digital and physical)
  • Report to the Marketing Head

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-interacting role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam
  • Strong phone and in-person etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to build a long-term career within the company
