Position Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive Inside Sales Enabler to join our
team, to drive vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and create tailored
proposals that meet customer demands. Your role involves mastering product
specifications, showcasing our solutions' unique benefits through demonstrations, and
adapting strategies based on industry trends. Your contributions will be pivotal in
maintaining our competitive edge and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers of home automation products.
Communicate with vendors to obtain product specifications, pricing, and quotations in a timely manner.
Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms for our customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
Create customized proposals for customers based on their specific needs, incorporating the most suitable products and solutions from our vendors.
Present proposals to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and finalize sales agreements.
Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, quotations, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new product offerings from vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in inside sales, vendor management, or procurement roles, preferably in the home automation or technology industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of home automation systems and smart home technologies is a plus.
Must Have Skills:
Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams for conveying information, negotiating terms, and building relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Talent for negotiating favorable pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors, addressing customer concerns, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with vendors, including sourcing products, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
Customer Focus: Vital customer-centric approach for understanding needs, preferences, and tailoring proposals to meet specific requirements while providing exceptional service.
Attention to Detail: Essential detail-oriented approach for accurately analyzing product specifications, pricing, and creating customized proposals.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills needed for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments is essential for aligning strategies and delivering cohesive solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Crucial ability to identify issues, address challenges, and find creative solutions to meet customer requirements and drive successful outcomes.
Good to Have Skills:
Effective organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage leads, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
Ability to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and persistently pursue sales opportunities to achieve success in a competitive market.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Type: Onsite (Monday to Saturday)
Working hours (Indicative) - 9:30 am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
Saturday-9:30am to 5:30 pm
