- Manage all aspects of inside sales including ongoing customer communications, order fulfillment, lead generation, sales logistics and applicable sales process development.
- Oversee all marketing communications programs.
- The continuity of sales experience to enable new sales organizations, cultivate long-term partnerships,
- Customer experience driven with retention through advanced customer life cycle management
- Responsible for Innovation & a Analytics of existing data to enhance performance
- Flexible with shift timing between 9AM -9PM EST
- Willing work on ROI model and target driven, willing to go extra mile and set new benchmarks
- Responsible for customer success and revenue generation for the client and Organization
- Excellent Customer Service acumen with upselling skills
