All of them are IIT Kanpur graduates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Onboarding Process:
    Screen and vet applications from potential leaders and venue partners based on Misfits' guidelines.
  • Prioritize and Schedule:
    Strategically schedule calls to understand and prioritize each application's importance and potential fit.
  • Drive Profile Completion:
    Proactively follow up with new leaders and venues to ensure their profiles are fully completed and ready for launch.
  • Platform Management:
    Manage and maintain the internal platform where new leads for leaders and venues are created and tracked.
