Loop's all in one subscription management suite helps merchants to sell, manage and retain subscriptions and thus helping them to achieve the highest possible customer lifetime value.

Since our launch in Oct, 2021 we have been able to consistently grow (profitably) with a very lean team. During this time, we also raised a $2Mn seed round from THE BEST angel investors in US / India like Gokul Rajaram, Varsha Rao, Alexander Erikstrup, Ed Hallen & founders of SaaS / software companies.

With an exceptional 0 to 1 journey, we are all set to move into the growth phase of the company and are looking to add exceptional talent across all verticals in the company.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding:
Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.

Data migration:
Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.

Shopify Expertise:
Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts
  • Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
