
Customer Support Executive – UK Process

About the Role:
POSGuru Private Limited is looking for an experienced and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle our UK-based clients. This is a full night shift, work-from-home role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a neutral or UK-accented English. You will be responsible for order management, resolving customer queries, and handling escalations with professionalism and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats for UK clients
- Handle order-related queries, product issues, and complaints efficiently
- Stay calm and professional while managing difficult or irate customers
- Record and track customer interactions using internal systems
- Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed logs and reports for each customer interaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a voice support role (preferably for UK or international clients)
- Excellent communication skills in English with UK or neutral accent
- Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and professionally manage difficult conversations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with support software/tools
- Highly empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
