**Job Title**:Telesales Representative - Free Training Course Enrolment

**Note**:
**We are looking for experienced telesales or business development profieesioprofessionals with prior experience working with UK-based clients or firms.**
**Supporting the reporting manager with administrative activities will also be a part of the job role.**

**Job Purpose**:
To engage with individuals who have expressed interest in free training programmes and convert those leads into committed enrolments. This role requires persuasive communication, effective follow-up, and maintaining accurate records while supporting operational tasks for the employability team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage quickly and effectively with leads coming through referral partners, digital campaigns, and direct enquiries.
- Persuasively communicate the benefits and requirements of the training programme.
- Collect sensitive information and/or documents from applicants, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with enrolled applicants to ensure attendance and course completion.
- Address any concerns or questions applicants may have about the course or enrolment process.
- Record and update applicant information accurately in the database.
- Meet or exceed enrolment targets.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, Business Developmen or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adherence to data protection laws.
- Tenacious and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
