Telesales Representative IT Hardware

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team at Linksync Trading Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and selling IT hardware products such as desktops, laptops, servers, printers, routers, and networking devices over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote IT hardware products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share quotations with clients and negotiate sales deals.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams for order processing and delivery coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (preferably IT products).
- Good knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking, printers, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).
