We are seeking confident and dynamic Telesales representatives with exceptional communication skills full of energy and a growth-oriented attitude to join an existing successful team. We offer full comprehensive product and system training.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Liaise with potential students, providing accurate information to guide and support their enrolment decision
- Keeping the database up to date with the latest contact data and inputting accurate call notes
- Willingness to work in a target driven role and be rewarded on performance.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team and organisation

**Essential Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Fluency in English required
- Excellent communication skills & professional phone manner
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Ability to question effectively, listen to and understand prospective client issues, needs and wants
- A stable internet connection (both download and upload speed), good headset/microphone and a good computer are required
- This position provides you with an opportunity to work from home, however, a quiet workspace free from distractions and outside noise is required.
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 5:00am to 2:00pm IST.
