  8. Directs the organization of work within the department,including assignments,time schedules & vacations.
  9. Develops training program and schedule for F & B staff in collaboration with the training department ensuring department employees are fully trained.
  10. Ensures attendance on behavioural and vocational training in service,Kitchen and stewarding and personally conducts major training.
  11. Going beyond the call of duty to satisfy patient need
  12. Attends promptly and efficiently any guest complaints in area of responsibility.
