We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Service Executive to join our team at The Fern Sattva Resort in Polo Forest. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to prepare and deliver food orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food and beverage area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
