The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a new hospitality venue opening soon in Ahmedabad, featuring a banquet space and three unique restaurants offering Asian Peruvian, North African Levantine, and Progressive Indian cuisines. We are looking for creative and service-focused Beverage Bartenders to lead our non-alcoholic beverage program across the restaurants.

As a Beverage Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an exceptional range of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, craft sodas, iced teas, cold brews, juices, and zero-proof cocktails. You'll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience with visually appealing, thoughtfully balanced drinks that complement each cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency
  • Develop a strong understanding of ingredients, pairings, and presentation styles
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar area and workstations
  • Refill and rotate ingredients, garnishes, and beverage supplies daily
  • Suggest and recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu pairing
  • Collaborate with chefs to create drinks that align with each restaurant's theme
  • Support inventory tracking, stock requisitions, and waste management
  • Uphold excellent guest interaction and service standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience as a bartender or beverage steward in a hotel, café, or upscale restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of mocktails, coffee-based beverages, and modern non-alcoholic drink trends
  • Well-versed in flavor profiles, seasonal ingredients, and visual presentation
  • Confident in guest-facing roles, with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and disciplined in service
  • Open to learning and working in a multi-concept, high-volume environment
