Role Description

The Food and Beverage Associate position is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, including assisting with food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality service standards, and accommodating guest needs. The role involves maintaining a welcoming environment, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations, and adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols. As a key member of the hospitality team, the associate plays an essential role in enhancing the dining experiences of guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a pleasant guest experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow hygiene and safety regulations
  • Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or food service are a plus
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
