Job Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resource & Office In-Charge who will be responsible for managing staff recruitment, attendance, salary processing, and general office administration. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, interviewing, onboarding, and documentation.

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, overtime, salary slips).

  • Prepare appointment letters, experience certificates, and relieving letters.

  • Coordinate with management regarding workforce needs and performance.

  • Manage daily staff allocation across offset, digital, binding, lamination, and dispatch sections.

  • Monitor discipline, shift timing, and worker conduct.

  • Process monthly payroll, advances, and festival bonuses.

  • Handle petty cash, vendor payments, and basic accounting records.

  • Maintain a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Assist the management in planning manpower during seasonal and election-period workloads.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (HR or Administration background preferred).

- Experience: 2–5 years in HR, Admin, or Office coordination (printing industry experience is an added advantage).

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

  • Knowledge of Excel / Word for maintaining salary sheets and staff lists.

  • Strong people-management and negotiation skills.

  • Honest, reliable, and capable of handling confidential employee information.

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
