D'Craft Furniture is a Kerala-based brand that specialises in customised furniture made according to each client's preferences. We are looking for Sales Officers for our locations in Ernakulam, Trivandrum and Calicut.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and understand their furniture requirements.
  • Explain materials, designs and customisation options.
  • Share quotations and collect required details from clients.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with the production team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure good customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and explain options clearly.
  • Basic computer/WhatsApp/email knowledge.
  • Nearby candidates preferred.
