Store Operations Management
Important Note: Candidate must in jewelry background.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewelry store.
- Ensure store cleanliness, display, and security standards are maintained.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales to achieve monthly Achievements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
3. Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor gold, diamond, and other jewelry inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Prevent stock loss through strict security and audit measures.
5. Compliance & Security
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Oversee store security measures, including safe handling of jewelry and cash.
- Coordinate with accounts for accurate reporting and daily closing balances.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with head office for promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
- Implement new policies and procedures as per management instructions.
7. Customer Engagement & Marketing
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and festive events.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards attract customers.
- Collect customer feedback for service improvement.
