Position Name : Asst sales manager - Jewellery

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Customer engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide expert advice on products, and help them select suitable jewelry pieces.
  • Sales and targets: Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets through effective product promotion and services.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all jewelry products, including their features, craftsmanship, pricing, and care.
  • Customer service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and handle inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
  • Showroom maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing with attractive and well-maintained merchandise displays.
  • Inventory and transactions: Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory management, and accurately process sales transactions.
  • Trend awareness: Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and industry developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
