Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing timely support and maintaining regular communication
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and present competitive sea and air freight quotations
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure optimal rates
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Provide tailored logistics solutions
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
  • Participate in customer meetings and business reviews

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
