Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives with proven experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in and online inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

Maintain follow-ups with potential buyers until closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain a strong customer database and relationship for referrals.

Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for smooth sales operations.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and lead status.


Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer needs.

Confident personality and target-driven attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.


Eligibility

Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience (residential/commercial projects).

Qualification: Any degree.

Communication skill is a must (English, Tamil preferred).

Willingness to work on weekends (weekly off on weekdays).
