We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive B2B industrial sales across key sectors. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing high-value industrial clients, and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with global business objectives.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales

Electrical & Automation
Wire Harness & Electrical Panels
Automotive & Energy Management
Electrical Transmission, Wires & Cables
Core Competencies:
Proven expertise in managing direct B2B sales with industrial customers
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to handle technical sales discussions and solution-based selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales data
Willingness to travel extensively as required
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for industrial markets
Position the product portfolio as a market leader in its category within India
Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and profitability targets
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements to drive growth
Lead pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures for high-value deals
Identify and engage large industrial customers across multiple sectors
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and budget controls effectively
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and market insights
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for seamless delivery and after-sales support
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive industry-specific campaigns, promotions, and events
Growth in market share and industrial revenue
