3.Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom staff.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
- Foster a high-performance culture and monitor team productivity.
4.Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Oversee showroom aesthetics and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for attractive product displays.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and appealing.
5.Inventory & Operational Management
- Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure accurate stock display and compliance with handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the backend for smooth supply chain management.
6.Financial & Sales Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create action plans.
- Managing Billing Process Overall.
- Prepare reports for senior management.
7.Marketing, Exhibitions & Events Coordination
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure showroom-level branding and promotional activities are effectively executed.
- Monitor ROI of events and marketing initiatives.
8.Compliance & Systems Adherence
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational systems.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for sales, billing, and inventory.
