Job Description:

Challani Jewellery Mart is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across all showrooms. The ideal candidate will plan and execute both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities to enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies for brand growth.
  • Manage ATL campaigns TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor & Digital Media.
  • Plan and implement BTL activities – in-store branding, events, exhibitions, and activations.
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies for campaign execution.
  • Drive social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Plan festive promotions, product launches, and showroom inaugurations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending.
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports and presentations for management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in retail/jewellery/luxury industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
