Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  2. Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

  3. Coordinate new hire documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
  4. Maintain candidate databases and manage offer letters.

  5. Attendance & Leave Management

  6. Monitor daily attendance and update leave records.

  7. Ensure compliance with attendance policies and flag irregularities.
  8. Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.

  9. Employee Records & Documentation

  10. Maintain and update employee files (physical & digital).

  11. Handle HR documentation including joining letters, ID cards, etc.
  12. Assist in processing employee confirmations, transfers, and exits.

  13. Payroll Support

  14. Coordinate with the accounts team for salary inputs (attendance, leave, overtime).

  15. Verify and forward necessary documents for final settlement.

  16. Employee Engagement & Communication

  17. Support in organizing employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and festivals.

  18. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
