Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through assigned bank branches.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with branch staff.
  • Train and support teams to achieve business goals.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance and deliver superior customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking, insurance, or Broking.
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • The local language is mandatory
