Position: Business Development Executive / Manager – Corporate Gifting

Location: Gurugram

Reporting To: Head – Business Development / Management

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive – Corporate Gifting is responsible for expanding Izzhaar's footprint in the corporate and institutional gifting segment. The role focuses on developing strong B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with organizations seeking premium, customized gifting solutions.

This position requires a mix of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and an understanding of design-led gifting to align with Izzhaar's philosophy of "The Art of Celebration."

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, engage, and acquire corporate clients across industries — including FMCG, IT, hospitality, BFSI, real estate, and government institutions.

· Develop a robust sales pipeline through research, networking, exhibitions, and client referrals.

· Prepare and present customized proposals, gifting concepts, and product presentations tailored to each client's brand identity and occasion.

· Coordinate with the design, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of bulk and customized orders.

· Build long-term client relationships and manage the entire sales lifecycle — from inquiry to delivery and payment collection.

· Maintain accurate client databases, sales reports, and performance dashboards (MIS).

· Collaborate with the marketing team for corporate campaigns, festive launches, and brand partnerships.

· Represent Izzhaar at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms (CII, FICCI, MSME, etc.) to strengthen brand presence.

· Ensure post-sale service and client satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.

· Client Acquisition new corporate accounts added Monthly / Quarterly targets

· Revenue Sales growth from B2B vertical % Growth vs previous quarter

· Relationship Management repeat orders & referrals client retention ratio

· Collections payment follow-up & recovery collection % within timeline

· Reporting MIS, pipeline & performance tracking accuracy & timeliness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
