Hiring: Franchise Sales Executive

We are looking for a Franchise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an in-office opportunity for candidates who are passionate about B2B sales, client communication and driving business growth.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Salary & Benefits:₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility: Minimum Graduate (any field)1+ year of experience in sales/business development preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients interested in taking up franchise opportunities

Explain business models, terms & conditions, and franchise benefits clearly

Build & maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle

Handle end-to-end franchise sales process until client onboarding

Achieve monthly sales targets with a proactive and result-driven approach

Skills & Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)

Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills

Ability to explain business models in a clear and convincing manner

Basic knowledge of B2B sales / franchise sales will be an advantage

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
