Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive Edify PreSchool Franchise to spearhead the expansion of our school and preschool network. If you thrive in B2B sales, love building relationships, and have experience in the education/franchise sector, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and convert leads for new Edify Kids franchise partnerships.

Generate and manage a pipeline of potential investors/entrepreneurs through various sales and marketing channels.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospects.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.

Maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and provide post-sales support as needed.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise acquisition and development.

Represent the company at education expos, seminars, and industry events.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 to 6 years in B2B sales, franchise development, or education sector sales.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales closures.

Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Preferred Background
Experience in education franchising, EdTech sales, or preschool/K-12 sector is highly desirable.

Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships or franchise deals.

Understanding of market trends in the education industry.
