About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Franchise Development Manager
to lead the expansion of our
pre-school network
across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise sales, business development, and relationship management, with a passion for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners for pre-school expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies for
franchise growth and territory development
. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target locations.
- Manage the entire
franchise acquisition lifecycle
— from lead generation to deal closure. - Present business models and ROI projections to potential investors/franchisees.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and provide continuous support.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and academic teams to ensure franchise success.
- Track and report franchise sales performance and pipeline progress to management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of
franchise development
, preferably in the
education or pre-school sector
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with targets and deadlines.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of franchise legal documentation and processes is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in
franchise development / business development / sales
. - Experience in the
education, training, or pre-school
industry preferred.
