About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Franchise Development Manager
to lead the expansion of our
pre-school network
across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise sales, business development, and relationship management, with a passion for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners for pre-school expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategies for
    franchise growth and territory development
    .
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target locations.
  • Manage the entire
    franchise acquisition lifecycle
    — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Present business models and ROI projections to potential investors/franchisees.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and provide continuous support.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and academic teams to ensure franchise success.
  • Track and report franchise sales performance and pipeline progress to management.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of
    franchise development
    , preferably in the
    education or pre-school sector
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with targets and deadlines.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of franchise legal documentation and processes is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    franchise development / business development / sales
    .
  • Experience in the
    education, training, or pre-school
    industry preferred.
