Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Franchise Sales Manager will oversee the entire process of identifying prospective franchisees, generating leads, and fostering relationships to grow the franchise network. Tasks will include conducting business planning sessions, presenting franchise models, negotiating agreements, and supporting franchise partners. Additionally, the role involves executing sales strategies to meet expansion goals effectively within the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
  • Proven ability in Business Planning and Lead Generation
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement and relationship building
  • Experience in sales management or franchise development is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a results-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
